A well-known manufacturer of machines and plant for producing building materials is looking to achieve permanent improvements to workflows in design as well as upstream and downstream activities.
DLP Engineers has been appointed for the analysis and concept phase. Within the scope of the subsequent implementation, permanent improvements are the goal. One of the aims is achieving more leeway for development, innovation and neutral product maintenance (i.e. modules maintenance). Further targets involved are reductions in workloads for adapting and modifying designs as well as parts lists and work schedules.
