Packaging technology is highly innovative and highly automated. Ever faster machines ensure higher filling capacities and therefore a higher output with the same floor space and hall size. Kinematic correlations and innovations can hardly be depicted with the naked eye and with the help of classic industrial films, as the outputs today are certainly in the range of 70,000 bottles/h or 120,000 cans/h. Situation:
With the help of 3D animation, selected innovations and improvements to machines are to be presented in an impressive and understandable way. The animations are intended to help convey and understand technology and complex interrelationships more easily at trade fairs, as part of acquisition or at training and educational events.


Task:

The highly dynamic filling process also ensures consistently uniform filling results in all capacity ranges and operating phases.

    Enables beer stabilization at a high level. Individual stabilization steps and the precise operation of the innovative Innopro ECOSTAB C beer stabilization machine are clearly demonstrated. PVPP (polyvinylpolypyrrolidone) optimally extends the shelf life of beer beverages. Thanks to its high degree of automation, the modular Innopro ECOSTAB C ensures efficient processes with short changeover times. In this way, even in 24/7 continuous operation, up to five times higher PVPP utilization can be achieved than with precoat filters.

    The compact and user-friendly KHS Innosept Asbofill ASR filling system is ideal for the aseptic filling of non-carbonated beverages. Powerful, safe and easy to use. The user-friendly machine is ideal for the higher capacity range. The Innosept Asbofill ASR is available with machine outputs of up to 24,000 bottles per hour and up to 36,000 bottles per hour.
