An international manufacturer of customized pump and compressor systems for the paper, power plant, chemical and oil & gas industries based on the ETO principle would like to improve its internal order/project handling processes across all departments. In an initial analysis phase, the DLP Engineers will work together to examine how projects are handled in which department, which interfaces and collaborations exist, which problems regularly occur and which measures will lead to an improvement in the processes.
