Situation: An Excel software solution developed by the company itself was reaching its limits. The growing project business in the oil and gas sector, and especially the individual requirements of international groups or customers regarding “project-specific compilation of documentation” while stipulating tight deadlines had to be mapped with the help of modern standards in the short-term and cost-effectively.

Brief:

• Survey of requirements placed on document structures for document classification, change management, complex and highly project-specific reporting structures, ascertaining times/workloads, resubmission schedule management, etc.
• Realisation of a solution based on the ERP standard (SAP)
• Compilation of readily understandable, bespoke training documents, including training the key users

• Productive DMS solution within three months
